Work Simulation is an approach where we use work tasks as a rehabilitation tool for people with injuries to build and test what their capacity for work is. We measure their progress using something that they are familiar with, are comfortable doing and in a safe environment under supervision.
This offers a custom solution. We work with everyone involved to design and implement the specific work tasks that the person with an injury wants or needs to test their capacity against. There is no one size fits all approach. It is a collaborative effort that is specific to a person’s recovery and promotes return to work / function.

Working with treatment providers, we are able to undertake graduated exposure therapy in a controlled and supportive environment.
Before proceeding on the path of career change, or training, we can simulate physical and cognitive demands of future work to test if the people meet the required demands.
